Customer Care Intern!

Location: Arusha National Hub

Responsibilities:
•    Handling of inbound calls from customers with varying levels of questions and concerns
•    Conduct outbound calls to gather feedback for Mobisol’s customer satisfaction surveys
•    Resolve customers' questions and concerns using a computerized system
•    Forward customers' questions and concerns to other responsible departments
•    Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call

Requirements:
•    Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Social Science Studies or similar
•    Basic knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and data entry skills
•    Experience in assisting customers is a plus
•    Open to work in a flexible and creative work environment with fast-evolving operations
•    Ability to multitask while working under tight deadlines with close attention to detail
•    Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills - both in English and Swahili
•    Able to work for at least six months
