Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain

- Developing and reviewing the departmental strategy and policies within the framework of the company strategy.
- Executing the strategy by translating it in to annual departmental and individual goals and monitor its implementations.
- Supervise the preparation of company strategic plan and track implementation of the same with feedback included in the company quarterly performance reports
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Recording, classifying and summarizing the entire company transactions transaction and events in accordance with accepted local accounting principle and financial reporting standards.
- Carry out comparisons of material costs, production costs and ensure that they align with sales in units and value.
- Manage company cash flow bringing to the attention of management any abnormality in the disbursement of the company fund.
- Continuously review and initiate improvements in the financial management system, internal control system, the use of financial management software and budgeting.
- Cooperation with external auditors to carry out annual external Audit.
- Identify and ensure that the company complies with regulatory requirements as they apply to accounts and financial managements.
- Plan and enforce accounts staff carrier development, succession, appraisal and training.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual budget execution departmental reports.
- Preparation of departmental, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Compilation of quarterly annual company budget and enforcement of it implementation.
- Compilation of quarterly company performance reports
- Performing any other related financial management duties assigned by the Managing Director.
