Description
Graton has recently been
taken over by new management. We are looking for a motivated, highly
organized and flexible individual who can perform a variety of
administrative and marketing functions. The role requires someone who is
proficient at using word processing, spreadsheets and social media
platforms. Given we are a small business, the individual must be
flexible and willing to perform a variety of functions and willing to
perform certain marketing tasks such as posting ads, outside of the
workplace, at hours where post visibility is high to reach more
followers.
Duties:
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and activities
Ensure all required documentation is created, filed and retained
Coordinate and plan for office services, such as deliveries
Assist financial services managers
Handling phone calls and inquiries
Ordering and picking up office supplies
Helping to produce client materials
Liaising with clients
Booking and attending meetings at request of manager
Occasionally organizing travel for out of town customers
Planning, organizing and managing events/sales/BBQ's
Managing filing and office systems to maintain organization
Perform other related duties as assigned
We want a person with the following qualities
Minimum 1-year of working experience in a position related to office administration
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
Good command of the English language both oral and written.
Ability to work long hours, early mornings, late evenings and weekend as required
