HESLB: 16,000 hatarini kukosa mikopo ya elimu ya juu | 16,000 endangered missing credits for higher education

Some 16,000 of the 61,000 students who have applied for loans from the Higher Education Student Loan Board (HESLB) are in danger of missing even before the exercise begins with their request for information.
